Silkworm stores customer service is fantastic. I had a payment come out of my bank that I could not afford, I asked for a refund it was expected to be back in my account in a few hours. However my bank have said it will said 3-4 days. So the silkworm store sent me the refund AGAIN via pay pal so I can pay my bills and not wait 3-4 days. I am a new customer and have been trusted to send back the first refund that my bank has to hold for 3-4 days. I have never known a company to do this and I'm sure no one else has. Absolutely brilliant service, very good of the silkworm store to go out of there way and help me out, it was my error not the stores. In summary I've tried out most of the insects they sell which all turn up gut loaded and more active then any pet store or other online website I've found. Which obviously means they are healthy. The store offers a massive variety what is key to a healthy reptile. You will not regret ordering from these guys I'm gutted I didn't find out about the store sooner.

Morio worms came excellent condition , ready for our beardie to eat ,plus good service as always from here , despite whats going on in the UK

Delivery was fast and everything turned up alive, very affordable and reliable

So wriggly so happy to be alive they fill my hedgie with joy when she eats one
