I get these along with calciworms for variety. I do find that they don't all survive the trip through the mail system (but my dragon will eat the dead ones anyway) but the ones that do survive can be quite lively. It's helpful to be able to get them delivered regularly as supplies at my local pet store can be patchy and/or low quality.
