excellent experience from start to finish. Placed a subscription order, received a confirmation email and they emailed the very next morning after order placed , I had made a mistake and they corrected it immediately. LOVELY email in reply to the corrected order. items arrive and fresh as a daisy, packed well and all critters appear healthy and happy. excellent company, we have been going to local suppliers as I hate paying delivery but nearest one closed and I couldn't get to a store, so placed and sucked up the £4 delivery charge, and was not disappointed. 5 star seller well done xxx

It was great. All insects arrived healthy and full.

Once again I had LOTS of locusts which was amazing and generous and my lizards were very happy. Unfortunately my new baby chameleon wasn't interested in the silkworms, no matter how I tried to 'sex them up' to try to make them look appealing, which is a shame because they are one of the most nutritious foods that lizards can eat. I might try again with a larger size once he's grown a bit bigger. Other than that, very happy as always with my order!
