We send all livefood via Royal Mail 1st class post.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Thursday. However if ordered before 12 noon on these days we will send on the day of order) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we will always issue either a full refund or replacement.
In some instances silkworms will need 1-2 days before they can be shipped, depending on their shedding cycle. You will be contacted if your order is affected.

Keep livefood warm, dry, and well ventilated. Remove uneaten food promptly and gut-load feeder insects before feeding where appropriate.
Dry goods should be stored sealed, cool, and away from direct sunlight. Always follow the product label for species-specific care.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday dispatch the same day where stock, weather, and carrier collection allow.
