Locust delivered with a heat pad, all locust healthy, only had 1 issue with dead locust but silkworm sorted it with a delivery within 24 hrs, I would highly recommended this way forward for the winter time.

A learning curve, but one that came from a good company
After switching companies for my leopard geckos feeders, I decided silkworm store was the one to go with.
I ordered a couple of tubs of crickets and locusts and they kindly recommended I use there courier service APC to deliver the feeders due to Royal Mail spitting there dummies out and stomping up and down over pay and conditions, which I uses and opted for the heat pads too.
My feeders turned up a couple of days later in a very dormant state, which I think is down to the feeders kept in a cold state overnight in the couriers van, as the heat pads were stone cold too.
But after a quick email to silkworm store, they advised me to pop the tubs on a warm radiator which soon brought them out of there semi hibernation dormant state, and running around.
So a big thanks to Silkworm Store for there brilliant help. Thanks again.
