This is a one use, disposable heat pack which will only work once for up to 40 hours.

All UK orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12 noon Mon-Thu and arrive within 2 working days of dispatch; this is however subject to Royal Mail and not guaranteed. If there is any reason for a delay such as the breeding cycle meaning that a certain food is shedding or hatching we will contact you straight away to let you know when you can expect your order.

We also offer additional methods of shipping at the checkout such as recorded delivery, guaranteed next day delivery and international delivery. These options will be displayed at the checkout.

Healthy insects with no fatalities so I think the heat pack helped!

Really cold weather when the feeders were sent so I ordered a heat pack. All arrived alive and well. Heat pack was cold by the time they arrived but I assuming it has a time limited period of being warm

Kept my worms wiggling in January

Arrived still warm, all worms were alive and well, so it must have protected them from the cold.

I am 100% sure that if it weren’t for the heat pack, the silkworms and calciworms would have died. They were no losses and both packs were obviously very healthy. As they were in the postal system for 48hrs due to Royal Mail problems. I think it is an essential item in these cooler covid times.
