Livefood orders are normally dispatched Monday to Thursday, with a 1pm same-day cut-off where conditions allow. Delivery updates are sent by email.
Customers with an eligible active subscription can earn both free rewards every month. Spend £25 on qualifying livefood within a month to earn Reward 1; reach £50 of qualifying livefood spend within a month to earn Reward 2 as well. Each reward has a one-month cooldown after it is received, but qualifying livefood spend during the cooldown still counts towards the next month. Once the cooldown ends, all rewards already earned are added to the next order you place, even if it contains something other than livefood.
Add instructions at checkout, such as a safe place or neighbour request, and the team can pack the order with those notes in mind.
